I was very satisfied with the service. The driver (Andrea) arrived on time and was very happy to help me with anything as i had way too many heavy bags etc.. He was also pleasant for the duration, spoke very good english and had plenty of helpful information which he shared with me.

The online booking tool from booktaximilan.com is straight forward, easy to use, and confirms quickly so that I can move on to something else. Records are sent almost immediately and are extremely accurate. Excellent service!This was our second experience with BookTaxi (reserved through the Barcelona office) after an exceptional "Meet & Greet" at the Venice airport about 2 weeks earlier (getting our anniversary trip off to a wonderful start).
We arranged transportation from Bellagio back to Milan, having been driven to Bellagio by friends a few days earlier.
The car arrived early, although we didn't initially realize that it was 'our driver' waiting patiently off to the side.
Instead of the expected sedan, we had a larger 6-passenger vehicle, which turned out to be a very welcome surprise for the two of us.
The seats were very comfortable (upon realizing the larger vehicle was for us, we initially worried about the comfort, but that was absolutely not a problem), AND... the view was SO much better with the extra bit of height of the vehicle and the much larger windows.
We would have enjoyed this even for a shorter, urban trip (Milan is gorgeous!), but for the countryside and glimpses of Lake Como en route back to Milan - a wonderful treat!
(We will probably request a vehicle like this in the future, although if we get the regular luxury sedan, we'd obviously have no complaint ;-)
Thanks again to Marco, in Barcelona, for the various arrangements you've helped us with.
NOTE: Initially, prior to our first experience, we were a bit worried about booking from the USA, through a company in Barcelona, for services to be met at the airport in Venice.
Marco was charming in quickly answering all of our questions, and the first driver was waiting with a sign at the Venice airport when we arrived, and he quickly assisted us with our luggage, and brought us to the already-waiting private water taxi as arranged.
It was all perfect, as was this second trip with them.
We'll be using them whenever possible in our future travels.

Very good device. I ordered the taxi for 5:45 in the morning and I s anxious it wouldn't show up. The taxi came on time, the taxi driver was very nice and very efficiently drove me to the airport.
